Hello, We, VI GI COFFEE COCOA SRL, based in Romania, Europe, have our own coffee roasting factory and we trade green Robusta and Arabica coffee.

Our annual requirements for green coffee are:
Natural Robusta: 800,000 tons
Natural Arabica: 250,000 tons

Start of trade:

December 2025 (10 December)
2 containers of Robusta screen 18, 15.

January 2026:
• 2 containers of Robusta screen 18, 15, and 12
• 1 container of Arabica

February 2026:
• 2 containers of Robusta screen 18, 15, and 12
• 1 container of Arabica

Please provide us with the price for the following parity:
• FOB Port of Mombasa, Kenya.

Required documentation:

- Signed Commercial Invoice
- Original B/L, separate B/L for each container
- Packing List
- Quality Certificate issued by UCDA
- Certificate of Origin (issued by Uganda Coffee Development Authority, Chamber, or equivalent)
- Phytosanitary Certificate UCDA
- Fumigation Certificate (only if necessary)
- Traceability data, such as: Farm polygons from each farmer, supplier polygons from intermediaries, cooperative membership lists, intake logs, drying records, lot numbers, storage logs, container packing list linking lots to bags, etc.
