We are looking to purchase A1 Jet Fuel in a contract volume of 10 million barrels per month for a duration of 60 months. The buyer requires the use of a one-time QR system upon title transfer for contracts in Houston. The preferred trade terms are TTT and FOB, with payment terms including MT103 and SBLC. Packaging terms are to be customized.
For Rotterdam contracts, the ICPO should be issued and signed with a PROCEDURE CI, followed by the issuance of POP including SGS, TSR, OTA, ATV, Injection Report, and ATSC. The buyer will verify and pay MT103 within 24-48 hours, with a renewable SBLC for the term contract after a successful spot and title transfer.
For Houston contracts, the ICPO with PROCEDURE CI should be issued and signed with a one-time QR code upon title transfer, excluding TSA/TSR. The POP should include SGS, Product Passport, Accreditation Cert, ATSC, CI, ATV, etc. Payment will be made by the buyer after document review and confirmation, followed by a renewable SBLC for the term contract after a successful spot and title transfer.
