- Payment Term: 100% Transferable DLC at Sight (Port of Destination) against shipping documents, bill of lading, and inspection certificate (CIQ)

We require the following original documents to be provided:
A) Bill of Lading (B/L), Non-negotiable “Clean On Board,” and Marked “Freight Prepaid”
B) Certificate of Origin, issued by the Ukrainian Government Department
C) Certificate of Export to China
D) Signed Commercial Invoices indicating Contract Number, Description of the Goods, Gross/Net Weight, Shipping Terms, and Ocean Bill of Lading Number
E) Packing List of Shipment Quantity (+/-5%)

Each of the above documents should have one (1) original scanned set sent to the buyer via email and the origin documents sent by a first-class courier service.
