I am looking to purchase 100 tons of high-quality oats originating from Kyrgyzstan. I represent Jalal Baqi Qadir Company, a well-established grain importing company based in Sulaimaniyah, Iraq.
The oats will be shipped to Astana Dry Port, Kazakhstan, from where my logistics team will handle the transfer to Iraq.
Please provide your best price per kilogram, including both:
1. Price for oats only, and
2. CFR price to Astana Dry Port (Kazakhstan) – including shipment costs.
We need to receive the oats by August 2025, so please confirm your delivery schedule.
For payment, I prefer D/P (Documents against Payment) — payment will be made after goods arrive at the port, and my team inspects the shipment before releasing payment. I am only interested in working with trusted and experienced suppliers.
