o1 - Origin: Ukraine
o2 - Quantity: 1 000 MT/month
o3 - Total Quantity Amount: 12 000 MT/year
o4 - Monthly amount to Pay: According to your offer
o5 - Specifications: Edible sunflower oil
o6 - Packaging: sunflower oil in 1 liter pet bottles, 6-15 bottles per box in stretch film, (please specify in FCO how many stretch films will be on pallet and how many pallets will be on 40-foot container)
o7 - Label: Private label of buyer (buyer will send design in vector format).
o8 - Terms of delivery: CIF INCOTERMS 2010
09 - Mode of payment: Irrevocable DL/C at sight 30-45 days
12 - Target Price: 700 $ USD/MT
13 - Country Destination: Romania
14 - Port Discharge: APCD Planting Containers Port Danubian GIURGIU, Romania
15 - Transshipment: Allowed with buyer's confirmation.
16 - Shipment: Delivery 10-20 days after receiving DL/C
17 - Inspection: Inspected by International Inspection SGS according to Buyer's instructions, at the Seller's expense, in port of loading.
18 - Documents: Seller will provide the following documents for payment:
18.1 - Bill of Lading (3 originals and 3 copies)
18.2 - Packing List (3 originals and 3 copies)
18.3 - Commercial Invoice (3 originals and 3 copies)
18.4 - Certificate of Origin (1 original/lot)
18.5 - Quality and Weight Inspection Certificate issued by International surveyors by Seller cost (1 Original)
18.6 - Phytosanitary certificate and EUR1 Certificate (1 original/lot)
18.7 - Non animal fat Certificate (1 original/lot)
18.8 - Insurance certificate 110% of invoice sum (original document)
18.9 - Charging protocol at the port of loading, signed and stamped by the delegated representatives of the seller and the buyer
19 - Guarantee: Performance bond 2% from the seller
