The buyer is seeking to purchase white refined cane sugar (ICUMSA 45) with standard packaging of 50 kg polypropylene bags. The total contract quantity is 1,200,000 metric tons over 12 months, with 100,000 metric tons to be delivered monthly and split equally between four ports: Aqaba (Jordan), Mersin (Turkey), Latakia/Tartus (Syria), and Umm Qasr (Iraq).
