**Trial Quantity:** 100 Metric Tons
**Monthly Quantity:** 500 Metric Tons
**Payment Term:** Non-transferable Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC)
**Performance Bond:** Seller to issue a 2% Performance Bond

**Proposed Procedure:**

1. Buyer and seller sign the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
2. The buyer or buyer’s representative will visit the seller’s location to inspect the goods.
3. The seller must provide valid proof that the material is physically available and belongs to the company.
4. After successful inspection and verification, the buyer will immediately open the DLC.
5. Shipment will proceed according to the agreed contract terms.

Interested suppliers must provide:

* Current product photos and videos
* Proof of product ownership
* Warehouse or yard address
* Past shipment records, including Bill of Lading
* Company registration documents
* Product specifications and inspection reports
* Country of origin
* Available monthly supply capacity
* Best price and trade terms
* Loading port and delivery schedule

Please note that we have previously opened seven Letters of Credit with different suppliers, but none of them completed the shipment. Therefore, only genuine suppliers with verifiable stock and valid past shipment records should contact us.
