We are looking for these products:

1) Required generator sizes (same manufacturer)

Unit 1 (Single phase):

7 to 8 kilovolt-ampere rated output

230 volt, 50 hertz, single phase

Silent canopy

Unit 2 (Three phase):

15 to 20 kilovolt-ampere rated output (18 preferred)

400 volt, 50 hertz, three phase

Silent canopy

Both units must be supplied by the same factory and preferably the same platform family.

2) Full autonomous start requirement (non-negotiable)

Both units must start and stop automatically with:

Two-wire dry contact start input terminals for automatic transfer switching

No key fob remote start as the primary method

Designed for unattended standby operation

3) Controller input and output signals (non-negotiable)

Controller must provide at minimum:

Start input

Running status output

Alarm or fault output

Fault log preferred

4) Standby cold-start logic (non-negotiable)

Automatic glow plug and preheat control

Reliable cold start without manual intervention

5) Power quality and step-load performance (non-negotiable)

Stable voltage and frequency suitable for inverter and battery charger loads

Must tolerate step-load without stalling or unstable speed hunting

6) Noise target (non-negotiable)

70 decibels or less at 7 metres at 50 percent load

Must be silent canopy type

7) Fuel system requirement (non-negotiable)

Fuel filtration including water separator

Serviceable filterwhile in field use

- Trade term: EXW (factory) first, later FOB.
- Payment term: sample order by T/T 100%. Production: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment (negotiable for larger orders).
- Quantity: 1–2 samples first, then 20–50 units per order, scaling to 100+ units.
Destination port: Brisbane, Australia.

- Trade terms are irrelevant if the offered products do not meet the required specifications.

Petrol generators
EFI is the required hard technical gate.
Carburettor and choke systems are inherently unreliable after standby periods and are therefore not acceptable for unattended operation.
This requirement is clearly stated in the petrol RFQ: EFI is mandatory, unless the manufacturer can provide documented, factory-proven evidence of a system designed and validated for reliable unattended starting.

Diesel generators
Proper glow plug and preheat logic is the required hardware and control requirement.
“Electric start” alone is not sufficient if the controller does not execute temperature-based preheat, start retry logic, and fail-to-start alarms.
These requirements are explicitly defined in the diesel RFQ and the acceptance protocol.
