Assudamal HK also acts as the financial and logistical hub for the Group with various exclusive distribution tie-ups with best in class manufacturers.

Since inception we have spread our wings over 4 continents with offices in Hong Kong, China, India, United Kingdom, Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya.

Also, we cater to wide range of clients based in Zimbabwe, Malawi, Madagascar, Mauritius and South Africa.

With China opening up to the foreign businesses in recent years and due to the rapidly expanding sourcing needs from Northern China, the Group decided to have its own presence in the year 2004, in the three business hubs namely Ningbo, Qingdao and Tianjin where our representative offices liaise directly with manufacturers. Maintaining quality control and compliance at supplier facilities is a key component of our competitive edge.

The business operation was set up in the year 1971 with headquarters in Victoria Island, Lagos, the company is a conglomerate with diverse investments in consumer goods, electronics, automobile accessories, paper and many more high- impact products. We have been present in the Nigerian market scene for more than 45 years. We are involved in the importation and sales of Marine Products, Paper, White goods, Power equipment, Building materials, FMCG and Automotive.
