Acumen Biomedical is equipped with Class 100K clean room production and packaging environments to meet the GMP production requirements. We have over 100 sets of new fully electric injection molding machines and advance production equipment to ensure efficiency. All production lines are automated with intelligent production including quality inspection and packaging. The whole process is carried out with AGV (handling robots) to reduce human contact to achieve zero product contamination and to greatly improve delivery time and consistent product quality. Acumen Biomedical's logistics are managed in real-time with automatic warehousing to match market demand and multi-point distribution.
