We have three workshop including 20 operating production lines and 3 automatic SMT coating line and 50 pieces CNC machines with floor 6000 square meters. Over 450 skillful employees go through the training, so we have confidience to qualify the work and meet client's demand.

Now we possess 17 operating production line for LED headlight bulb and 3 operating production line for LED small bulb. Everyone is equipped with experience skill to make sure high effective output.

Automation is the backstone of our manufacturing. Each of our automation lines include laser, solder component, LED chip pick-and place and reflow soldering. The end of assembling line use automated optical inspection to inspect every component in every solder joint.

We have a humidity controlled ESD safe environmeet. It is important to protect the products from static discharge.

We also pay attention to solder paste inspection where it is necessary to give you how we control the small parts during produce.

We have 20+ professional engineers which are experienced in some special field such as optics, mechanics and electronics. At the same time advanced laboratory equipment to help us try the idea of product design.

We have a strict quality control process from incoming raw material to finished products. Each product type has a different quality control standard to ensure they meet strict requirement. They mainly will experience the four step inspection as below:

Incoming quality control--all incoming material are checked before used. Various measurement are taken to check against approved data. Once rejected, raw material will sent back to supplier.

In process quality control --we perform inspections during the manufacturing process. The frequency of inspection depens on the quality standard for the project.

Outgoing quality control--our QC team will randomly check any finished goods in warehouse before going out for shipment. The last inspection to ensure 0 defect goods are shipped to our clients.
