As of December 2023, Hearing Factory has obtained more than 50 intellectual property rights, of which patented technologies cover the entire process of hearing rehabilitation from "ear canal examination-hearing assessment-product audition and comparison-hearing aid effect assessment-product storage and maintenance". The products that have been mass-produced include: Scan E Scan 3D ear sample scanner, hearing aid effect demonstrator, visual reinforcement system, hearing aid maintenance instrument, electronic drying box, etc.

In December 2021, Hearing Factory became a "national high-tech enterprise". In October 2023, Hearing Factory was rated as an innovative enterprise.

While paying attention to the development of the company itself, Hearing Factory pays more attention to the development of the hearing industry. In October 2021, Hearing Factory and Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine jointly built a demonstration base for the cultivation of compound audiology talents, integrated industry and education with colleges and universities, and cultivated more comprehensive talents for the hearing industry. In 2023, it will be the provincial-level off-campus practical education base for college students in Zhejiang Province during the "14th Five-Year Plan" to help the hearing industry develop faster and better.
