Founded in 1980, Hebei Xintai Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise specialized in manufacturing a full range of pipeline connectors, including high, medium and low pressure elbows, tees, reducers, pipe caps, bent pipes, flanges, forged pipe fittings, and prefabricated pipeline components.  

Based in South Industrial Park of Yanshan County, China's pipeline equipment manufacturing hub, the company covers 78, 000 square meters total area and 45, 000 square meters building area, with three production plants (pipe fittings, flanges, forgings) and a supporting R&D & testing center. Fixed assets exceed RMB 80 million, registered capital RMB 100 million. It has 306 employees, including 64 middle & senior management and technical personnel. Annual capacity tops 46, 000 tons (26, 000+ tons pipe fitting forgings, 20, 000+ tons flanges), with annual sales revenue nearly RMB 400 million.

After over 40 years of leapfrog development, the company is equipped with first-class international production and testing facilities. Key production equipment includes large hydraulic medium frequency pushing machines, high frequency induction heating pipe benders, stainless steel elbow cold pushers, cold drawing tee machines, 8, 000-ton presses, large beveling machines, multi-functional natural gas heat treatment furnaces, electric furnaces, sawing machines, CNC lathes, and sandblasting, pickling & passivation equipment.

The physical and chemical testing center has internationally advanced instruments: Universal testing machines, low temperature impact testing machines, X-ray flaw detectors, ultrasonic flaw detectors, magnetic particle flaw detectors, three-element analyzers, infrared carbon-sulfur analyzers, metallographic microscopes, visible spectrophotometers, and Leeb, Vickers & Brinell hardness testers. Imported full-element direct-reading spectrometers, metallographic polishing machines and direct-reading grinding machines from the US and Finland enable comprehensive testing of chemical composition, metallographic structure, mechanical properties, weldability and corrosion resistance of various metal materials, keeping the company at the leading level in the domestic industry.

After years of in-depth development, the company has been recognized as a High-tech Enterprise, "Specialized, Refined, Peculiar and New" SME, and Safety & Integrity SME of Hebei Province, as well as a Class A Enterprise R&D Institution of Hebei Province. Approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the PRC, Fangyuan Mark Certification Group, China Classification Society and American Petroleum Institute, the company has obtained the Special Equipment Manufacturing License (Pressure Pipeline Components) since 2005.
