PENGCHENG Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (PlE), founded in March 27, 2020, registered capital 100 million RMB, is a joint venture between CEC Industrial Internet Co., Ltd. And Shenzhen Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd. (Stockcode: 000021). PlE is a landmark project of CEC response to the national strategy of "Made in China 2025", and an important engine for manufacturing enterprises' digital transformation supported by CEC. PlE is a service and functional headquarter under CEC for the industrial development of key equipment and complete systems in the EMS and semiconductor industry.

"Intelligent equipment + Internet industry", PlE focus on core industrial fields such as semiconductor, EMS, to provide customers with high-end intelligent equipment, intelligent production line upgrading, digital factory, intelligent manufacturing consulting, and other products and services. The headquarter of PlE is located in Nanjing city, which is nearby the customers of East China. Meanwhile, in Shenzhen city, relying on the CEC platform, we've established an R&D center and a high-end manufacturing center, which make it possible for us to serve the South China market well. Besides, Based on the resources of universities in Changsha, we establish an Equipment Business Unit which makes up more to our capability and we can do better in Middle China as well.
