Shandong Ant Auto Company was founded in 2014. At the beginning of its establishment, it focused on domestic logistics and second-hand car sales. Its headquarters is located in Liangshan, Jining, the largest second-hand car trading base in Asia. It is a second-hand car trading company certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

The first second-hand car store officially certified by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in Sinotruk tractors, dump trucks, mixer trucks, etc.

In 2019, a special second-hand car sales department was established and sales exceeded 10 million that year. In 2021, a new Ant Auto brand was opened to move towards professional operation and successfully achieved sales of 120 million. In 2023, Jinan Branch was established and sales of 400 million were achieved by the end of 2024. Jining Branch was established in January 2025 and is about to sprint towards the sales target of 1 billion.

The company currently has more than 100 employees, more than 50 domestic marketing service personnel, and more than 10 overseas marketing personnel. It has domestic sales center and overseas marketing center, export merchandising department, administrative department, and domestic logistics department. The company currently has a 5, 000-square-meter exhibition hall and a new 15, 000-square-meter exhibition hall in Huatong Used Car Market, which is about to be delivered for use. The company has multiple inventory maintenance workshops, including Qihe's 15, 000-square-meter maintenance workshop and a parking lot of 15, 000 square meters that can accommodate 500 vehicles: Liangshan has three parking lots that can accommodate a total of 500 to 600 vehicles of various types, and the Liangshan maintenance workshop is 25, 000 square meters.
