• A certified mechanic must install the engine. Warranty will be void if installed by uncertified mechanic.
• Warranty will be void if long block, i.e. Head and / or block are dismantled or opened or replaced by customer.
• 30days start up warranty on the head and block only, &(transmission if included) starts from the day you receive the product.
• No warranty on the external parts (e.g. Electronic parts, timing belt, water pump, belts, seals, spark plugs, spark plug wires, sensors etc

• The purchase price represents the cost of the long block only (i.e. cylinder head and short block only) or transmission.
• The add-on parts on the engine sold by JDM Tennessee are left attached for testing purpose only, for your convenience and are free of charge.
• Please inspect the delivered item in the presence of the delivery personnel and insure that the item is not damaged before signing the release documents, failure to do so may result in a denial claim against the shipping company.
• Tennessee JDM motors will not be held responsible if the engine purchased does not fit into the designated vehicle. Before purchasing the engine/transmission, the customer must verify that the engine will fit into said vehicle
• This product was removed from a japan model vehicle and is interchangeable with international model and year makes (with modification).
• Engines complete with accessories may not comply with the emission control laws of the state in which it is being sold or used. State and/or federal authorities require that you change over the emission devices from your old engine to the engine you are installing to make it comply.
