This Porsche 3.8-liter flat-six was removed from a damaged 2015 Porsche 911 GT3 with 9k miles and was acquired by the seller in 2018. The engine features dry-sump lubrication, direct fuel injection, VarioCam variable valve timing, titanium connecting rods, and forged pistons. The engine is fitted with an intake manifold, a dual mass flywheel, an alternator, an air conditioning compressor, and a water pump as well as mufflers and exhaust components. This M175 engine assembly is now offered by the seller at no reserve in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, with a bill of sale.

The 3.8-liter flat-six was initially offered in the 991 Carrera S and was later revised for the 991.1 GT3. This engine was sourced from a 2015 Porsche GT3 and features dry-sump lubrication, direct fuel injection, VarioCam variable valve timing, forged pistons, and forged titanium rods. The M175 was factory rated at 475 horsepower and 324 lb-ft of torque. The seller notes that the engine was removed from a car with 9k miles that sustained front-end damage.

Ancillary parts include the intake manifold, a dual mass flywheel, an alternator, an air conditioning compressor, a water pump, an exhaust system with dual outlets, the exhaust valve control, belts, wiring, and various hoses. One of the exhaust outlets is dented.

A sticker placed above the dual-mass flywheel indicates the engine as an MA175 with a serial number of F01557.
