Crude Sunflower Oil Shipment Structure, SGS Inspection & Commercial Offer Request We refer to our ongoing discussions regarding the supply of Crude Sunflower Oil and would like to formally confirm the shipment structure and inspection requirements as requested by the receiving factory in Egypt. Quantity & Shipment Structure The Egyptian factory requires a total quantity of 1,100 metric tons, to be shipped through five (5) separate sequential shipments, each shipment consisting of 220 metric tons. Shipment details: ● Quantity per shipment: 220 metric tons ● Number of shipments: 5 ● Grand total quantity: 1,100 metric tons Flexitank configuration per shipment: ● Each shipment will contain Ten (10) flexitanks ● Capacity per flexitank: 22 metric tons ● shipment: as required to complete 220 metric tons The shipment schedule will be sequential. Once the first shipment arrives at Alexandria Port, Egypt, and the receiving factory confirms receipt and acceptance of the cargo, you may proceed with dispatching the next shipment, and so on until completion of all five shipments. Kindly confirm your availability to proceed and submit your best commercial offer based on CIF Alexandria Port under the above structure.
SGS Inspection Arrangement – Crude Sunflower Oil (Flexitank Shipments) In order to comply with the requirements of our main office and the receiving factory in Egypt, we will appoint SGS as the independent inspection company. The scope of SGS inspection shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Verification of Product Specifications SGS will inspect and analyze the crude sunflower oil to confirm compliance with the agreed specifications in accordance with Codex Standard CXS 210-1999, as per the attached specification sheet. 2. Inspection During Loading at the Factory SGS representatives shall be present on the day of loading at the factory to: ● Verify product quality and quantity ● Supervise filling operations ● Inspect flexitank condition and suitability ● Verify all required safety and hygiene measures 3. Inspection During Loading at the Origin Port SGS shall also be present at the port of origin to: ● Confirm container condition and sealing ● Verify loading procedures ● Issue a loading and condition report 4. Inspection at Destination Port (Alexandria, Egypt) SGS Egypt will inspect and analyze the cargo upon arrival and issue a final inspection and analysis report for submission to the receiving factory. All SGS inspection reports (factory loading, port loading, and destination inspection) will be forwarded to our main office in Egypt, as they are mandatory for fund release approval. Your cooperation in facilitating SGS access to the factory and port operations is highly appreciated. Kindly confirm your acceptance of the above inspection arrangement so we may proceed accordingly.
