All fruits must be freshly harvested, with consistent quality in size, color, and maturity, and free from defects, pests, and diseases.

Suppliers are expected to follow proper post-harvest handling practices, including careful sorting, grading, cleaning, and packaging. Products must be packed in durable, export-standard cartons suitable for air freight to ensure freshness upon arrival. Compliance with phytosanitary requirements and food safety standards is mandatory, and certifications such as GlobalG.A.P or HACCP will be considered an advantage.
