We are currently looking for reliable manufacturers, refineries, or authorized exporters of ICUMSA 45 refined white sugar for delivery to the Port of Lomé, Togo.

The required quantity is 10,000 MT under CIF Lomé terms. The proposed payment arrangement is through an SBLC, followed by payment via MT103 within seven days after delivery. Suppliers must clearly confirm whether they can accept these payment terms before submitting an offer.

The sugar should meet standard export-quality requirements, including a maximum ICUMSA color of 45 RBU, minimum polarization of 99.80%, maximum moisture content of 0.04%, and maximum ash content of 0.04%. The product must be sparkling white, dry, free-flowing, fully soluble, free from foreign odors, fit for human consumption, and from the current or most recent crop. A minimum shelf life of 24 months under proper storage conditions is preferred.

Suppliers should provide complete information about the country of origin, loading port, available quantity, monthly supply capacity, packaging options, production or delivery lead time, shipment schedule, CIF price per metric ton, minimum order quantity, and offer validity.

The quotation should also include relevant supporting documents, such as a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis, Health Certificate, SGS or equivalent inspection report, Bill of Lading, export license, and proof of previous sugar export transactions where available.

Preference will be given to verified manufacturers, refineries, or authorized exporters with proven experience in international sugar shipments. Interested suppliers should submit their company profile, recent product photographs, certificates, full commercial offer, and confirmation of their ability to supply the complete required quantity.
