Government-Linked Procurement

We are acting as a global sourcing partner supporting a strategic government procurement program in Bangladesh for refined soybean oil under a Direct Purchase Method (DPM).

This is a time-sensitive, high-volume contract involving a total requirement of 27,150,000 liters, with strict regulatory, packaging, and compliance requirements in line with BSTI standards, including mandatory Vitamin A fortification.

Only suppliers with proven industrial-scale production capacity, established export experience in government or institutional contracts, and full compliance capability will be considered.

Suppliers must be able to deliver the full contract volume in 2-liter food-grade PET bottles, meeting precise packaging specifications, and ensure full consistency in quality, labeling, and documentation throughout the shipment program.

Preferred origins include Argentina, Brazil, or other highly competitive exporting countries with a strong track record in edible oil supply.

The contract will be executed under 100% irrevocable transferable LC at sight issued by Bangladesh Bank, with performance security requirements applicable.

Due to the critical timeline of this program, suppliers must demonstrate the ability to execute shipment within 45 days from LC opening.

We are specifically seeking suppliers who meet the following criteria:
• Proven capacity to supply the full volume of 27,150,000 liters
• In-house or controlled bottling capability for 2L PET packaging
• Experience in government or large-scale supply contracts
• Full compliance with BSTI standards and fortification requirements
• Acceptance of LC at sight terms issued by Bangladesh Bank
• Proven ability to meet strict shipment timelines
• Competitive pricing aligned with target levels around USD 1,100/MT CFR Chattogram (including insurance)

This is a priority sourcing program, and only qualified suppliers with verifiable capacity and documentation should respond.
