We are seeking a Tank-to-Tank supplier in Rotterdam.: SELLER & SELLER'S MANDATE
Our buyer holds a valid DTA endorsement, a 4-day Tank Storage Receipt, and verifiable proof of storage payment in the amount of USD 264,000.00. The previous supplier, NOVA OIL & GAS - NETHERLANDS, failed to perform in accordance with the agreed terms.
We will consider reputable suppliers willing to accept the buyer’s 4-day TSR for SGS dip test verification following due diligence of documents and payment receipts. Seller tank nomination will be amended only after successful dip test and Q&Q confirmation.
The buyer does not authorize any change of title, tank nomination, or associated costs prior to product verification. This position is based on prior experience with NOVA OIL & GAS - NETHERLANDS., where the product was not available in the nominated tank.
Suppliers able to provide a procedure incorporating an SGS dip test after TSR and receipt verification may submit for review. We are prepared to proceed immediately upon compliance with this requirement.
