-Pricing-  LBMA-5 to 10 % depending on quantity based on confirmed purity,volume larger 100kg is negotiable 

-Available Quantity . Up to 500kg (available immediately)

   COMMERCIAL LOGISTICS AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

-A Bank Guarantee (BG) Covering 100% the transaction value,callable on first demand is mandatory.

-Letters of credit (LC),Standby Letters of credit (SBLC),or any similar financial instruments NOT accepted.

-Logistics

    -All Logistics,transport,insurance,security,handing costs are for the buyers account.

-Payment Terms 

    -100% payable after final assay confirmation,strictly based on the final assayed purity at the agreed refinery/assay facility.

-NO BANK GUARANTEE NO TRANSACTION.

  TRANSACTION PROCESS

1.Seller issues a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) To the buyer (Buyers full legal and corporate details required)

2.Upon Buyers acceptance of the FCO,Seller issues a sales and purchase Agreement (SPA)  for the agreed quantity.

3.Following execution of the SPA, Buyer provides the required 100% BANK GUARANTEE,CALLABLE ON FIRST DEMAND.

4.Seller organizes shipment to buyers destination at buyers cost.

5.Final assay is conducted at the agreed facility.

6.Buyer settles 100% Payment immediately upon final assay confirmation,in accordance with the SPA.
