PROCEDURE
- Buyer sends LOI
- Seller responds with FCO
- Buyer signs and sends to seller including ICPO + company details, bank details, copy of CEO passport and business certificate
- Seller sends SPA and Proforma invoice
- Buyer signs SPA and Proforma invoice and issues SBLC OR DLC using one of the above payment methods
- Seller issues 2% performance bond to buyer
- Shipment takes ETA 30-35 days
- At the arrival of the vessel at buyer’s destination port, captain hands over all shipping documents to buyer. After buyer confirms receipt or conducts independent SGS inspection (at buyer’s expense), buyer releases payment via MT/103 TT to seller
- 48 hours after seller receives payment, all mandates and intermediaries are paid using the signed NCNDA/IMFPA
