Properties and Applications
1.ATMP has good chelating, threshold inhibition, and crystal distortion effects. It prevents scale formation, especially calcium carbonate. Chemically stable in water, not easily hydrolyzed. Effective corrosion inhibitor at higher concentrations.
2.Used in circulating cooling water (power plants, refineries) and oilfield water injection systems to reduce corrosion/scale. Used as a chelating agent in textiles and metal surface treatment.
3.Solid form: crystalline powder, soluble, hygroscopic. Easy to transport/use, ideal for cold climates.

Usage Method
Often compounded with other phosphonates, polycarboxylates for various cooling water systems.
As scale inhibitor: 1-20 mg/L. As corrosion inhibitor: 20-60 mg/L.
Packaging and Storage

Store in a cool, ventilated area; keep dry and avoid sun exposure. Shelf life: ten months.
