Antibacterial ABS granules are specially modified engineering plastics produced by adding organic or inorganic antibacterial additives into acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin through physical blending, melt extrusion and pelletizing processes.
This material maintains all the key performance benefits of standard ABS, including excellent mechanical strength, good processability, high impact resistance and smooth surface gloss. At the same time, it provides long-lasting antibacterial protection that effectively suppresses the growth of harmful bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on the surface, helping prevent bacterial contamination and cross-transmission.
Antibacterial ABS granules are available in various grades to meet different application requirements. Common types include inorganic antibacterial ABS, organic antibacterial ABS, natural antibacterial ABS and composite antibacterial ABS. We also offer specialized grades tailored for specific uses, such as food-safe antibacterial ABS, RoHS-compliant antibacterial ABS and medical-grade antibacterial ABS.
