Whole Grades

• White Wholes (WW): The pinnacle of quality. These kernels feature a clean, uniform ivory-white color, free from deep scorching or skin adhesion. Available in standard size counts (e.g., WW240, WW320, WW450) indicating the number of kernels per pound.
• Scorched Wholes (SW): Slightly darker or golden-hued due to extended heat application during the delicate peeling process. They retain the exact same nutritional value and rich, buttery flavor profile as white wholes but offer a cost-effective alternative for roasting and salting lines.
• Second Scorched Wholes (SSW): Exhibiting a deeper color variance or minor superficial blemishes, highly sought after for processing into flavored nut mixes where uniform white color is secondary to crunch and taste.

Broken and Industrial Grades

• Butts (B) & Splits (S): Naturally split during processing. Splits are divided lengthwise, while butts are broken clean across the width. Perfect for economical retail packing and oil-roasting.
• Large White Pieces (LWP) & Small White Pieces (SWP): Uniformly sized fragments utilized heavily in the chocolate, confectionery, and breakfast cereal industries.
• Scorched Pieces (SP), Chips (CH), & Baby Bits (BB): Fine, granular broken grades engineered specifically for the technical demands of commercial bakeries, energy bar manufacturing, cashew butter extrusion, and vegan dairy alternatives (cheeses and milks).

To safeguard the product during long-haul maritime transit and prevent quality degradation caused by humidity or insect infestation, we employ industry-standard, high-barrier protective packaging.

• Primary Packaging: 50 lbs. (22.68 kg) heavy-duty multi-layer vacuumed bags. Each bag is vacuumed to eliminate oxygen and backfilled with an inert gas mixture (carbon dioxide/nitrogen) to prevent rancidity (lipid oxidation) and preserve the natural crunch of the kernels.
• Secondary Packaging: Each vacuumed bag is securely housed inside a robust, corrugated export-grade carton box, clearly labeled with grade, batch numbers, net weight, and origin tracking data.
