CINNAMON

The harvesting process involves scraping off the outer bark to reveal the inner layer, which is then cut into strips approximately 3–4 cm wide. These strips are sun-dried for 2–3 days until their weight is reduced by about 50%, indicating they are fully dried and ready for use.
