GRADE: Non-registered LME Grade A Electrolytic Copper Cathodes with 99.99%
Copper content (rejection: below 99.95% )
Below - 99.96% - Discount 0.40%.
Below - 99.95% - Discount 0.70%.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Buyer sends LOI and seller sends FCO which is countersigned by buyer in acceptance and sent back to seller.
2. Seller sends draft contract to Buyer, buyer review, fill in signed and resend to Seller who then sign and seal and send Final copy in PDF file.
3. Upon signing of contract, seller is expected to issue Proforma Invoice.
4. Upon confirmation of invoice from seller, Buyer is expected to process payment to seller bank account with 100% Irrevocable, Non-Transferable DLC MT700 + MT103 as per agreement terms below on Payment Terms.
5. Upon confirmation of payment formalities, Seller prepares buyer’s order and shipment within 25 to 30 Working days.
PAYMENT MODE /TERMS:
- 100% Irrevocable, Non-Transferable DLC MT700 + MT 103 as per verbiage attached below. - The buyer’s bank will issue irrevocable and non-transferable DLC At Sight, in favor of the seller for the trial, covering 100% of goods value per shipment, to the seller’s bank, valid for 90 days, The Buyer shall make the payment via Non-Transferable DLC. - After the trial transaction successful, the buyer’s bank will issue irrevocable and non-transferable DLC for the annual contract covering 100% of goods value per shipment to the seller’s bank, valid for 180 days as the payment guarantee. Payment will be made by TT/MT103 when the goods arrive and inspection at the discharging port every month during the validity period of the DLC. - The Buyer shall make the payment via Non-Transferable DLC, upon the last shipment arrival of the goods before the expiration of the DLC
