2. HMS 1 & 2 Iron Scrap – Heavy Melting Steel Scrap (80:20 Mix)

Description:

Our HMS 1 & 2 (Heavy Melting Scrap) is a blend of HMS 1 (100% non-galvanized, thick steel scrap) and HMS 2 (light gauge or galvanized iron scrap) in the standard 80:20 ratio, suitable for steel mills, foundries, and metal recycling industries.

All scrap is processed, cleaned, and cut to export size in accordance with ISRI 200–206 standards, ensuring uniform density and composition. The material is free from excessive rust, oil, non-ferrous contamination, and hazardous substances. HMS 1 & 2 is one of the most in-demand grades for furnace charging and steel re-melting operations, providing excellent recovery rates and stable chemical properties.
