The unique vegetation of the Karpaz region, nourished by small and large livestock, adds a special taste and aroma to their milk. Therefore, our products are among the most delicious cheeses in the world. We produce traditional Cypriot cheeses such as halloumi, as well as white cheese, fresh kasar cheese, cottage cheese, and holey cheese.
