Dried kaffir lime leaves are obtained from the leaves of the kaffir lime tree. The leaves are carefully harvested, cleaned, and naturally or mechanically dried to preserve their distinctive citrus aroma and flavour. They are widely used in Southeast Asian cuisine, particularly in Thai dishes such as curries, soups, and stir-fries.
