Slow communication
Incomplete quotation
Response came through, but it took a while and the follow-up questions are still hanging. The initial quote covered basics like MOQ/terms/port, but it didn’t address key points I asked about (lead time and switching to FOB/CAD). Friendly enough, just needs more complete and timely communication to move things forward.
