PROCEDURE
The Buyer or the Buyer’s representative travels to Tanzania to meet the Seller and verify the transaction.
The Buyer pays the government taxes and royalties required for export.
The Seller covers the smelting, shipment, and insurance costs.
The Seller will provide collateral equivalent to the expenses incurred, serving as a payment guarantee.
The collateral is not for sale and will only become the Buyer’s property if the Seller fails to deliver according to the Sales Agreement.
Final payment for the consignment will be made after the final assay report at the Buyer’s destination or preferred refinery.
Payment method: Bank Transfer (TT) or USDT.
