* Monthly Quantity: 50,000 MT, with requirements up to 500,000 MT/month subject to confirmation
* Contract Duration: Minimum 12 months
* Price: USD 385/MT Gross / USD 375/MT Net
* Incoterms: CIF
* Inspection: SGS quality and quantity inspection
* Insurance: Seller to provide coverage at 110% of shipment value
* Payment Terms: SBLC/DLC/MT103/T/T/LC acceptable
Additional Transaction Notes
* The company is connected to 14 authorized mandates representing refineries in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, with no intermediary between the authorized mandates and the refinery.
* The refinery does not sell directly to buyers; sales are conducted through its authorized mandates.
* Past SGS reports, past Bills of Lading, or other historical documentation cannot be provided by the refinery.
* Instead, following execution of the SPA, the refinery will provide five specification/supply-related documents as its guarantee of supply, as applicable under the transaction procedure.
* The SPA will be signed directly between the buyer and the refinery.
* Required monthly quantity: 50,000–500,000 MT.
* Minimum contract duration: 12 months.
Buyer Procedure
If the buyer has further questions or wishes to proceed with this transaction, the buyer is requested to address those questions directly to the company by issuing an LOI.
Before the LOI is issued, the NCNDA must be signed between the buyer and us in our capacity as intermediary. Following completion of the intermediary documentation and submission of the LOI, we would prefer that the buyer and seller communicate directly to proceed with the transaction and SPA.
