It uses the tender bud leaves with one bud and one leaf, or one bud and two leaves in their initial stage of unfolding as raw materials. The initial processing is completed through spreading, fixing, rolling, initial drying, pan-firing, and re-drying. Then, through multiple refining processes such as screening, cutting and rolling, air selection, manual sorting, color grading, and even piling, coarse and old leaves, powder, and impurities are strictly removed, ultimately forming a finished tea product with extremely high uniformity. The color grading process precisely controls temperature and humidity, allowing the surface of the dried tea to naturally form the characteristic "silver frost" appearance.

Appearance: The tea leaves are thin, tight, and straight, with prominent buds. The color is green and lustrous, with a frosty appearance. Its uniformity and cleanliness are far superior to ordinary grades of Zhenmei green tea

Inner quality: The aroma is rich, pure, and long-lasting, with no off-flavor or peculiar smell; the tea soup is yellowish-green, clear, and bright; the taste is mellow and refreshing, with a pronounced astringent quality; the leaves are tender and neat, without coarse or old stems or leaves

It is suitable for direct consumption and also serves as a high-end base tea for making traditional mint tea in North Africa and the Middle East, adapting to local beverage consumption habits.
