My experience with this company was extremely negative. I paid for coffee samples and was promised that they would be sent by a specific date. The samples were never delivered, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have not received the samples or a refund.
I strongly recommend that potential buyers do thorough due diligence before sending any money to this company. Based on my experience, I consider this transaction fraudulent

4. Packing: Bulk Shipment.

A certificate issuedby the inspecting agency will form part of documents along with B/L, Invoice. Also cargo inspection by SGS or a reputed inspection agency will be carried out at the destination port on arrival and a report to the effect will beissued.
