• Free Fatty Acid (FFA): Max 5% (as Palmitic Acid)
• Moisture & Impurities: Max 0.25%
• Peroxide Value: Max 10 meq O₂/kg oil
• Iodine Value (Wijs): 50 – 55 g I₂/100g
• Saponification Value: 190 – 209 mg KOH/g
