Procedures are as follows:
1. The Buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO).
2. The Seller issues a draft of the Sale Agreement (SPA) with full conditions.
3. Buyer signs and stamps EACH SPA page and returns it to Seller.
4. The Seller completes the SPA, signs and stamps it and issues a PROFORMA INVOICE.
5. Buyer's Bank issues DLC verbiage, which Seller's Bank reviews and approves.
6. Within 5 international banking days, the Buyer's Bank send pre-advice to Seller bank via MT799 after agreed
by receiving Bank buyer Bank issues irrevocable, transferable 100% DLC/MT700 and confirmed, to Seller
Bank (DLC MUST come from WORLD PRIME BANK (TOP 50 WORLD Banks)
7. Shipments will begin within 40 to 45 days of DLC MT700 approval by the Seller's bank.
8. All original documents will be sent to the buying bank via the selling bank via DHL.
9. The Buyer's bank makes payment to the Seller's bank immediately via TT TRANSFER MT103 after loading
the material at Brazil Loading port and SGS audited report from an independent SGS appraiser is
provided.
