I hereby submit a commercial proposal for the supply of ICUMSA 45 refined white sugar, destined for the international market.

We are directly in a joint venture with the Seller, as Title Holder of allocations in Brazil.

Therefore, we can directly monitor the commercial process and liaise with interested parties, verifying availability, supply conditions, and product documentation.

As a seller, we can do CIF 2020.

Customs clearance is then the customer's responsibility.

Payment is made at the loading port in Brazil, after SGS and export docs.

LOI and CIS from the buyer.

We are in a joint venture with the seller, who is the title holder of sugar allocations in Brazil.

Availability refers to supplies in quantities to be defined based on the buyer's needs, with the possibility of scheduling continuous supplies.

Following the buyer's concrete interest, it will be possible to provide:

* Product technical specifications;

* Available certifications and documentation;

* Origin of the sugar;

* Available quantities;

* Delivery terms and conditions;

* Financial terms and payment methods;

* Any documentation necessary to verify the counterparty and complete the commercial transaction.

The goal is to establish a serious and transparent commercial relationship, based on actual product availability, verifiable documentation, and agreed-upon conditions.
