During fermentation, the wine undergoes remontage and punching down to favor better polyphenolic extraction. Maceration lasts about twenty days, after which racking and maturation in steel tanks occur.
Tasting Notes: The wine presents a bright ruby red color. Its aromas are typical and recall ripe red fruits (cherry, plum, berries), along with red flowers and a subtle spicy note that adds complexity and breadth to the aromas. On the palate, it is warm and soft with smooth tannins and a structure that pairs well with meat dishes.
