Shipping and Handling

• For small items we send via Australia Post.
• For larger items, we use courier or our own delivery trucks.
• On-site pickup is also available during business hours only
• A physical address (not PO BOX) and phone number must be supplied for shipping.
• We can ship worldwide if you organise your own freight service !

Payment

• Payment must be made within 5 days of winning the auction.
• If payment is not made we reserve the right to offer the item to the next highest bidder or relist the item.
• We accept PayPal, Direct Debit, Credit Card over the phone. COD is available only for on-site pickups.
• When paying by Direct Debit please use your EBay username as a reference.
• A tax invoice is supplied with all items purchased.

Warranty and Returns

• Transmission, Differential and or Engine Warranty
• 90 Day Parts Only Warranty
• Any engine, transmission, transfer case or differential that is subject to a return request must be left in the vehicle until a representative of the Brisi 4b4 parts has had an opportunity to diagnose and/or visually inspect the part. If the part in question is removed from the vehicle the warranty is void and the Brisi 4b4 parts will not be liable for any repair, parts replacement or additional parts or cost. Brisi 4b4 parts is not liable for improper or incomplete installation of any mechanical part. This applies most specifically to engines, transmissions, transfer cases and differentials that have not been installed correctly. The warranty will be void if the following steps have not been adhered to
• Engines! To be installed by a licensed and approved repairer. Replace seals if leaking or if signs of leaking. Clean the oil sump filter and pick up tube. Inspect rocker cover gasket and sump gasket before installing. Warranty does not cover leaking seals or gaskets.
• Fill the unit with fluid to the proper levels with the manufacturers specified oils. Replace oil filter. Replace the water pump, Replace the spark plugs, glow plugs and injectors as needed, Inspect and replace spark plug leads and coils where necessary. Replace thermostat. Replace timing belt. Flush cooling system. Install new belts and hoses. Flow test radiator and replace if necessary.
• Automatic Transmissions To be installed by a licensed and approved repairer. Replace all seals. Replace transmission filter and pan gasket. Warranty does not cover leaking seals or gaskets. Fully engage convertor in front pump. Fill the unit with fluid to the proper levels with the manufacturers specified oils. Test drive, re-check and adjust as needed.  
• Manual Transmissions To be installed by a licensed and approved repairer. Broken gears in gearboxes are not covered by warranty. Replace the clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing. Replace all seals, Fill the unit with fluid to the proper levels with the manufacturers specified oils. Warranty does not cover leaking seals or gaskets. Test drive, re-check and adjust as needed.
• Transfer Case! To be installed by a licensed and approved repairer. Replace all seals. Warranty does not cover leaking seals or gaskets. Fill the unit with fluid to the proper levels with the manufacturers specified oils. Tyres must be all the same brand, model, size, and tread depth. Broken gears are not covered by the warranty.
• Differential! To be installed by a licensed and approved repairer. Inspect seals for leakage and replace if necessary. Warranty does not cover leaking seals or gaskets. Broken gears are not covered under the warranty. Fill the unit with fluid to the proper levels with the manufacturers specified oils. Tyres must be all the same brand, model, size, and tread depth.
• Other Warranty Terms!
• Brisi 4b4 parts is not liable, and Buyer waives all claims for consequential damages which result from the sale of parts including, but not limited: Labour charges of unauthorized work. Loss of income. Wages/salary. Rental car charges. The Buyer’s sole recourse against Brisi 4b4 parts is limited to the price paid for the part ONLY on Brisi 4b4 parts invoice, or the exchange of the same part. All merchandise must be inspected by the Buyer for defects or inconsistencies to the original purchase agreement with Brisi 4b4 parts. Brisi 4b4 parts states in good faith that the transmission, differential or engine purchased is in good running condition when removed from the vehicle to the best of Brisi 4b4 parts knowledge. Warranty for Transmissions, Differentials and Engines is limited to general everyday drivers only. Commercial Contractors, Couriers, Taxi, Uber or the like vehicles are subject to a standard 30-Day Warranty, unless Clearly stated on Brisi 4b4 parts invoice. Warranty period starts from date of sale. Please note Engines are sold bare long & any accessories that have been supplied by Brisi 4b4 parts with engines are not covered by warranty unless otherwise specified on original invoice. Aftermarket ecu’s void all warranty conditions. Turbo’s, injectors, injector pumps or any other engine accessories are left for convenience only and are not covered by warranty of any kind.
