6. Fresh Fruit Return & Exchange Policy

✔ Return Conditions:

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruit, returns/exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

• Fruits are damaged, bruised, spoiled, or fail quality inspection upon receipt
• Incorrect fruit type, quantity, or mismatch with confirmed order
• Fruits do not meet pre-agreed export standards (for export orders)

Note:

• Customers must provide photos/videos immediately upon receipt for verification
• Returns are not accepted for damages caused by improper storage after delivery

✔ Return Notification & Shipping Timeframe:

• Notification within 12 hours of receipt for domestic orders, 24 hours for export orders
• Return shipment within 24 hours after complaint confirmation

Return Location:

• Domestic customers may return directly to store/warehouse or via shipping services
• Export orders will be handled according to prior agreements
