• Incorrect fruit type, quantity, or mismatch with confirmed order
• Fruits not meeting pre-agreed export standards (for export orders)

• Customers must provide photos/videos immediately upon receipt for verification
• Returns are not accepted for damages caused by improper storage after delivery
