Organic almonds in shell

The almonds in shell are an explosion of unique flavors in which all the genuineness of nature is evident. After harvesting in our fields in Puglia, the almonds are brought to our company and deprived of the husk and leaves. Here they are dried in the sun and only then are carefully selected.

The almond tree is in fact native to Asia and it is assumed that it was already cultivated in the Bronze Age. For millennia the almond has been metaphorically considered a symbol of hope, rebirth and luck.
