2. Product Introduction

Our company produces potassium humate powder, mainly divided into granular powder and flake powder. Finished potassium humate granules/flakes are quantitatively fed into the Raymond mill's main chamber via a feeder. Through rolling and impact grinding, the powder is blown by a blower to a classifier for sieving. Excessively coarse powder is re-ground, while qualified powder is carried by the airflow into a cyclone collector and discharged as the finished product through the powder outlet pipe. Using a Raymond mill results in uniform powder particle size and adjustable fineness to meet various customer needs. Furthermore, the grinding process is a physical crushing process that does not damage the chemical structure of potassium humate, preserving its activity.

Purpotassium humate granular powder retains a high content of crystalline particles while improving water solubility, enabling more effective release of humic acid components and facilitating crop absorption. When compounded with other fertilizers, the powder form allows for more uniform and effective combination with other fertilizers. Potassium humate powder, with the same content and water solubility as potassium humate tablets, is not only 100% water-soluble but also dissolves much faster. Compared to the spatial density of tablets, powder saves more space.

Potassium humate powder has the following main functions:

(1) Improves soil structure: It promotes the formation of soil aggregates, enhances soil permeability and water and fertilizer retention capacity, especially effective for sandy and heavy clay soils.

(2) Enhances soil fertility: It adsorbs and activates nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in the soil, reducing nutrient loss and improving fertilizer utilization. It also provides nutrients for soil microorganisms, promoting their reproduction.

(3) Promotes crop growth: It stimulates root development, enhances root absorption capacity, thereby promoting crop growth and increasing yield. It also enhances crop resistance (such as drought resistance, cold resistance, and disease resistance).

(4) Regulates soil pH: It has a buffering effect on soil pH, improving extreme soil environments such as saline-alkali land and creating suitable pH conditions for crop growth. (5) Improves the quality of agricultural products: During crop growth, it participates in photosynthesis and metabolism, helping to improve the quality of agricultural products, such as increasing fruit sweetness and improving taste.

3. Application methods

(1) Foliar spraying: Dissolve the powder in water (concentration is usually 0.05%-0.2%), stir evenly, filter, and spray onto crop leaves using a sprayer. It works through leaf absorption and is suitable for rapid nutrient replenishment during crop growth.

The dosage is approximately 50-100 grams per acre, diluted in 30-50 kg of water. Spray once every 7-10 days, for 2-3 consecutive times.

(2) Root application/drip irrigation: After dissolving in water according to the ratio, apply directly to the crop roots with irrigation water, or apply evenly through a drip irrigation system. Suitable for large-scale planting of crops, and easy to operate.

The dosage is 100-200 grams per acre per application, diluted with water. During the growing season, it can be applied 2-3 times according to crop needs. (3) Base application/fertilizer mixing: It can be directly mixed evenly with organic fertilizer, chemical fertilizer, etc., and applied to the soil before sowing or at transplanting as a base fertilizer to improve the soil environment and enhance soil fertility.

The dosage is 200-500 grams per mu (approximately 0.067 hectares). After mixing with other fertilizers, it can be evenly broadcast or applied in furrows. The specific dosage can be adjusted according to the degree of soil infertility.

(4) Seed soaking/seed mixing: Soaking or mixing seeds with a low-concentration solution (0.02%-0.1%) can improve seed germination rate and promote seedling root development.

Use 2-5 grams of powder per kilogram of seeds, dissolve, and soak for 6-12 hours (or mix and dry before sowing).

Note: When using, pour the powder evenly into water, stirring constantly until the powder is completely dissolved. Avoid clumping or impurities clogging the sprayer or drip irrigation equipment (it is recommended to use fully water-soluble potassium humate tablets powder).
