Clean, well-trimmed paws with skin intact, hocks removed, free from bruising, broken bones, yellow membrane and visible blood spots. Supplied IQF or block frozen in food-grade polybag-lined printed export cartons.

Chicken paws at this specification are the standard requirement for importers, further-processing plants, marinating plants and distributors serving the dim sum, braised snack, vacuum-pack retail and food service segments in China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore. Product is size-graded and packed to buyer specification, with private label and buyer-branded cartons available.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

All product is sourced from government-approved and regularly inspected export abattoirs and processing plants. Every consignment is produced under HACCP-controlled conditions, veterinary inspected, and accompanied by a full document set including health certificate, certificate of origin, packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading and, where required, halal certification. Certificate of analysis and full specification sheet are issued per consignment on request. Cold chain integrity is maintained from production through to container stuffing, with product held and shipped at -18 degrees C or below. Temperature recorders are placed in every reefer container.

PACKING AND DELIVERY

Standard packing is in food-grade transparent polybags inside printed export cartons of 10kg or 20kg. Alternative carton configurations are available on request. Private label and buyer-branded cartons and polybags are available at no additional tooling charge on full-container orders. A 40ft reefer container loads approximately 24-26 metric tons and a 20ft reefer approximately 12-14 metric tons. Loading is normally completed within 7-14 working days of receipt of confirmed order and agreed payment instrument.
