High quality frozen whole chicken with an average carcass weight of 700 grams, produced for the export market and supplied at Grade A standard. Whole griller packed with neck, liver, heart and gizzard in the cavity.

Whole grillers at this weight band are the standard choice for retail rotisserie programmes, hotel and catering kitchens, institutional feeding contracts and wholesale distribution. The bird portions cleanly into eight or ten pieces and holds its yield well under roasting, frying and pressure cooking.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

All product is sourced from government-approved and regularly inspected export abattoirs and processing plants. Every consignment is produced under HACCP-controlled conditions, veterinary inspected, and accompanied by a full document set including health certificate, certificate of origin, packing list and, where required, halal certification. Cold chain integrity is maintained from production through to container stuffing, with product held and shipped at -18°C or below. Temperature recorders are placed in every reefer container.

PACKING AND DELIVERY

Standard packing is in food-grade transparent polybags inside printed export cartons. Carton sizes available include 10kg, 12x1kg, 6x2kg, 5x2kg and 15kg, or any configuration requested by the buyer. Private label and buyer-branded cartons and polybags are available on request at no additional tooling charge for full-container orders. A 40ft reefer container loads approximately 26-27 metric tons. Loading is normally completed within 7-14 working days of receipt of confirmed order and payment terms.
