Premium quality raw fresh beef kidney, wholesale raw beef kidney

Beef kidneys are considered a delicacy in many parts of the world.

They're rich in:

many of the B vitamins

vitamin A

omega-3 fatty acids

anti-inflammatory properties

so good for the heart

But don’t let their appearance fool you, beef kidneys are incredibly delicious.

And when cooked right, they'll provide you with a beef experience like none other.

Sourced from quality ranches with higher standards, you’ll find beef kidneys to have a mild and creamy, iron-rich flavor.

But if sourced incorrectly, beef kidneys can have a strong, even bitter flavor.

“Many cooks prefer to steep Beef Kidney in milk, salt water, or water and vinegar for about an hour to help take away any smell. Although fresh and clean Beef Kidneys should not have any strong scent or taste.”

Cook your Beef Kidney on medium for a tender, almost creamy result, “similar to pan-fried sea scallops,” and serve it by itself, as a taco filling, or even make a Steak and Kidney pie!

Our all-natural premium Beef Kidney comes in a 1-1.5 lb size.
