Every consignment is prepared for international shipment in new 50kg polypropylene bags and is fully documented for customs clearance at the destination port.

It is the standard specification requested by beverage bottlers, bakeries, confectionery and biscuit manufacturers, dairy processors, food service distributors and retail repackers. QUALITY ASSURANCE

Each lot is drawn and tested for polarisation, ICUMSA colour, moisture and ash before loading. Independent inspection by SGS, Intertek or an equivalent agency nominated by the buyer is arranged at the port of loading, and the resulting quality and quantity certificates travel with the shipping documents. Sugar is sourced only from mills operating documented food safety systems, and the product is free from added colourants, sweeteners and foreign matter. Pre shipment samples can be released for buyer approval before a contract is fixed.

PACKING AND DELIVERY

Standard packing is new 50kg woven polypropylene bags with a food grade inner liner, machine stitched and palletised or loose loaded according to buyer preference. Bags are marked with lot and production data only, and neutral packing or buyer branded packing can be produced for orders above one full vessel parcel. Loading is at Santos, Brazil, with shipment normally effected within 14 to 21 days of a workable letter of credit or cleared telegraphic transfer. Full sets of commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and quality certificate are provided.
